Dr. Aarati Kulkarni is one of Navi Mumbai’s leading neurologists and a pioneering force in stroke care, neurorehabilitation, and public health awareness. A Gold Medallist in both MBBS and MD (General Medicine), with a DNB in Neurology, she brings over 15 years of expertise in diagnosing and managing complex neurological disorders, including stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, migraine, dementia, and neuroimmunological conditions.
As the Founder and Director of Aarogyam Comprehensive Neurocare Centre (ACNCC), Navi Mumbai’s first integrated neurocare facility, she has transformed neurological care by offering advanced diagnostics, treatment, and rehabilitation under one roof.
Driven by her vision to reduce stroke-related disability and mortality, Dr. Kulkarni founded the ASTRA Stroke India Foundation — a dedicated public awareness initiative aimed at educating communities about stroke prevention, early recognition, and timely intervention.
